How can I disable the payment requirement on order forms

I am a small business that specializes in custom wood products. I need to create a from that customers can see pricing and make all of their selections but they do not need to make a payment at this point because there is more things to customize.

How can I disable the payment requirement??

To summarize.. I need to show pricing, and the options for products, but do not want to charge the client at this point. 

I understand that you would like for your form to display the products and pricing but don't want to charge the client yet when they submit your form. If so, then instead of using payment integration like PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc., then use a Purchase Tool. 

In this way, you will be able to display products and prices on your form without charging your clients.
