When someone from the support team answers your issue, a notification is sent to your Jotform account email address. So, you must have been received an email notification to your Jotform account's email address: nz_yeehaa@yahoo.com
I kindly ask you to check your inbox and your spam folder. If you encounter an email from us in your spam folder, please mark it as not spam.

thanks, but nic sorted it earlier,
hadnt received any replys,
he must have found a setting -activated it - then i got a flood of answers in my inbox
