I am having trouble with one of my forms. I have integrated the worldpay widget, however, when people are paying I am not receiving the completed jotform.
When I click 'view submissions' all the payments are there and showing as incomplete. But they are not incomplete.
Please could you help?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you let us know since when you are experiencing the issue? Was the form working normally earlier? As I check on the WordlPay integration, I see that there was an issue about IPN response URL in the WorldPay UK account settings. However, the issue has been fixed on 20th Oct.
Please try updating the IPN response URL in your WorldPay UK account the to following address:
Please try to replicate your issue again after the change. The problem should be fixed but if the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.

It started about a month ago.
https://ipn.jotform.com/ipns/worldpay.php - this link isn't working so I cannot update anything.
It is still happening and we are missing customers due to this.

The URL provided will not display any response when it is accessed directly. It needs to be updated in your WorldPay account settings. Please try updating the URL in your WorldPay account and then try to replicate the issue again.
