Where does the information go? Is there a database or does it need to sync with another provider?
I am a commercial lender wanting to create a form/application for my clients.
I need the form to have what if scenarios to open or hide questions.
I need multiple files uploaded like tax returns for multipe years and personal/business can I label these with the dropbox function?

Hello, the answers to your questions are Yes, Yes, and Yes :)
You can easily access your submissions by clicking on the form and then selecting Submissions Recieved -
To make your form hide/show certain criteria depending on a client's answer you will need to apply what is known as Conditional Logic.
Lastly, you can have your form's information and data be sent directly to dropbox via our DropBox Integration method.
I hope this helps but if you have more questions or need further help please let us know.
