Transfer form between users.

I have a form that was created by another user for my website.  We would like to transfer access to this page to my account for editing purposes.

If I understood you correctly you want to transfer the form you provide to your account Chirofit. 

We can move the form to your account, but that request must be made from the account on which the form was created. The form was created in the account alicia121. Please tell the user of that account to request that form is moved to your account. 

Considering that this thread is public the owner of the account alicia121 can reply on this thread.
