Email notifications: We are currently not receiving the forms that are being completed on our website

    We are currently not receiving the forms that are being completed on our website. I completed a TEST page and I never received it.

    Also there are two locations on the form that does not give you an option to choose. It poses the question but no option to select. For example it asks what kind of an event is it but no options to choose from. Then it asks if there is an honorarium provided and it does not give you an option to choose yes or no.

    Please check your spam folder if you do not see the notifications in the inbox. Also, if you find the there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM.

    In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses 

    The second concern regarding to the "locations on the form that does not give you an option to choose", will be addressed on the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1285949

    They are not in my spam folder! This was not happening before why is it happening now?
    Phil can you please help? I am not technical at all and we are all of a sudden not getting our speaker request forms template which come to me. Can you please help with recommendation to add to our whitelist? Also any reason why there is no mail in my spam folder?

    I have tested the form and I have seen an email has been sent to maria@streetlightusa.org. Kindly confirm that the email is in the above email account inbox.

    karen@streetlightusa.org and lea@streetlightusa.org emails under Notification 1. I would recommend you remove the Notification and add it again.

    I have also cloned the form and tested the two notifications in the form on my side and I could not replicate the issue.
