    Missing submissions in my inbox

    My inbox says I have 14 submissions (which is correct since I have the e-mail confirmation for each) but there are only 12 submissions to be found. Where did the 2 missing ones go?

    I see 17 submissions in the form on your account now.

    Sometimes there can be a lag in them hitting the JotForm server, can you check if all your expected submissions are showing now?

    Actually, I looked and counted them. There are strangely 14 out of 17 but only 14 are showing which may be due to what my colleague Fxr has stated but I would like to point out that you do have a total of 16 submissions that were counted according to your form. That most likely means and leads me to believe that it's either it's the lag as stated above or that the 2-3 that aren't there were never finished and submitted because they were only partially filled out out.

    Hello,

    There are still 2 missing records and they were there a couple of days ago (I downloaded an Excel spreadsheet and have the e-mail alerts as proof). About a week ago, a similar problem occured and the number of submissions didn't match my inbox records...then 1 day later the missing submissions reappeared. No they have been gone for a couple of days.

    It does happen, that there is a mismatch between the inbox number and the actual number of records, when I make a modification to a submission and save it (it counts as a new submission) so I don't rely on the number, but I compare my email alerts to my actual records and there definitley are mising records.

    Edits made to a submission will increment the submission counter on your account's status, but it should not create a new entry in the form's submissions page.

    I have checked your form and found no mismatch with the number of submissions as displayed in the My Forms area, and the actual number of submissions.

    as confirmed by e-mail alerts?

    I see both entries under your form's submissions page.

     

    Do you log in to JotForm via http://www.jotform.ca? If yes, I advise you to log in using http://www.jotform.com from here on out.

    Other domains such JotForm.ca and JotForm.us seem to experience data replication delays, as reported by other JotForm users.

    Woa, when I went to jotform.com all my submissions were there, but they are missing under jotform.ca. I guess I cannot use the french version of jotform.ca. Thanks.

    You can use JotForm's French version, even via jotform.com by selecting Francais in the language selector found at the lower part of the JotForm page, right below your account panel:
