Can I have hidden fields with values from campaign and keyword data?

    Can I include campaign & keyword data in hidden fields?

    Yes, it's possible to have hidden fields and fill them with the data you want, you may fill those fields through the URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters 

    Or set them a fixed value through their properties:
