I would like to get this account changed from Christopher Gray as the Owner to Sue Beyer as the owner. I am not able to clone his forms. I can access and edit, but not clone and I do not want to lose history.

If you have the login credentials then you can change any information of the account by logging in and going to the settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
If you would like the username to be also changed then you will need to provide us with at least three options so we can change to the first one available. Please note that the request must be opened by the JotForm account owner.
