I've looked all over but can't figure out a way to put a youtube video on my form. There's no where to put the embed code.
I also need to understand how to make the image on the you tube form something that I prefer.
Also need to understand how to have no other videos show up after they watch my instructional video on the form.

It's possible to have YouTube video to be displayed on your form, please use this widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/youtube
This guide will help you adding the widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
However, the widget does not allow further configuration, you may stop related videos by adding this "?rel=0" at the end of your video link.
I hope this helps.
