Can I stop the Auto Renewal terms?

I would like to upgrade our account to an annual payment schedule. I have submitted our request and information required for the non-profit discount. However, we would like to set up the account without the auto renewal. Is there a way to upgrade without the auto renewal? 

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to disable the auto-renewal of your subscription. However, you can cancel your account before the renewal date. You can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account
