My free account is on hold because I have received too many payments, but I only received one

I am wondering if there is a mistake with my account? I have run out of payment submissions, but I only had one submission pay through paypal before I shut down that feature. Am I really maxed out?

I checked your account and I can verify that you already reached the monthly payment submissions limit. Under the Free plan, you can only receive 10 payments per month. 

You can upgrade your plan right now to increase the limit or you can wait for the counter to reset. The monthly reset happens every first day of the month. It means that the submission counter will reset back to 0 on November 1, 2017.
