What are alternate payment method for subscriptions?

We are an Australian Government department so we cannot provide credit card details to be debited each month for a subscription. Do you have any other payment methods such as a one off upfront yearly subscription which we can pay with a credit card?

This is urgent as we are using your web forms in a production environment and we do not want them disabled. 

You can pay the same subscription on a Yearly basis, for example:

Other payment types are PayPal or Check, Purchase Order, and Wire transfer.
