IFTTT Integration: getting security error when trying to authenticate

    I'm experiencing this as well. The flow workflows weren't triggering and I wasn't receiving an error, when I attempted to re-authenticate the connector I got an SSL error.

    The SSL error has been resolved, but I'm now getting a bad gateway error. Screenshot attached.

    I pick the connector from within flow, login with my Jotform credentials, test the flow and I get this error.

    Would you mind creating another flow and test it again? I think the error is related to the first one and creating a new connection might work. If not, please update this thread so we can create a ticket about it.

    I recreated the connector and re-authenticated, but I'm still getting the same error. The flow is failing still.

    I have tried testing IFTTT integration with a test form and Google Drive which worked normally at my end. As I check your JotForm, I notice that there are two webhooks added in the integrations which may be causing the issue.

    Could you try deleting both webhooks on the form in the integrations and then try creating the flow and see if that works? If the issue still persists, please let us know to which application that the action is set to so that we'll try to replicate the issue at our end and assist you further.

    I did as you instructed, but there wasn't a change.

    I tested the webqhook from IFTTT and it worked, however I also tried using Microsoft Flow with a different account and the connector is still malfunctioning. I also tried using a Logic App within Azure, and the connector malfunctioned.

    Seems like its a connector issue.

    There seems to be a confusion here. Can you confirm if we are still taking of the IFTTT integration? I just reviewed your screenshot on your reply on October 31, 2017, at 07:39 AM and it seems that was integration with a different service.

    If you are experiencing a problem with another integration, please create a separate ticket about it instead. This way, we can assist you properly. 

    Going back to authentication process with IFTTT, I cannot replicate the problem. You have recently changed your username. Perhaps that is also causing the problem. I would suggest clearing your browser cookies for Jotform and clear your browser cache before logging in again for authentication with your account. See if that helps.

    One of your colleagues created this ticket after I replied to another user's post that was related to Microsoft Flow support request of a user experiencing the same issue as I am. I'm not sure why they mis-titled the support request with IFTTT.

    It has taken two weeks of effort and time testing to get this far, so I would prefer to not have to create another ticket.

    I received these errors in Microsoft Flow prior to my username change, so that action is unrelated to my issue.

    When I copy the Webhook URL for my forms into a browser to test the webhook, I'm still getting SSL Certificate errors. Additionally, the Microsoft flow still errors on start.

    Could you check the browser console (Press F12 key on the keyboard while the browser is open) and see if there are messages displayed? Please provide us with the screenshot of the issue that might help us in identifying the issue. Also, please try closing all the instances of the browser and try logging to your JotForm account to check the issue if still happens.

    We have already resolved the SSL issue.

    Could you please re-authenticate your applet's JotForm connector?
