Why are my form fields are squishing?

Also, my form fields keep squishing together every so often after I make
changes, why is that??

The fields seems to engage to each other since the Question Spacing is set to -25 px as you can see here. 

If you increase question spacing, the field will be seen properly. For example, I set it to 0px and here is the result:
