Why I'm receiving Error Message on Paypal Checkout?

    The issue I'm having is this... I've implemented two forms into one using the same Paypal submission options in which the donor who wishes to give a donation has the option to become a partner or not of the non profit organization. Should the donor selects "Yes" and completes the information in the form it successfully directs them to Paypal's Checkout page.  However, I should the donor selects "No or Already a Partner", once they select continue it redirects them to the second form I'd created. Once filled, and submit the form, the theory is it should direct them to Paypal's Checkout page. Sadly, it doesn't. It pops up with the attached screenshot message. 

    I believe the problem occurs after I select "No or Already a Partner" and press continue, Jotform automatically send me an email of a blank entry as if it was filled out although it supposes to redirect the end-user to the other form and then send email plus direct to Paypal.

    I checked your form directly and I got the same error:

    Could you please check with PayPal your account: dcv124@gmail.com and if there aren't any issues on their side with that account?
