I was a Premium User, who last paid on aprox. December 23rd. We received more than 100 submissions and used quite a bit of upload space during the month that followed. However, we now anticipate receiving only a handful of submissions per month and thus downgraded our account. However, now we are getting an 'Over Quota' message on our forms. Is this because we received more than a hundred submissions during the January calendar month? Is it because we still have morethan 10 mb in stored uploads? What is the solution?
I'm sorry, I asked this question before in the forum and my forms then worked for about two days or so and now I'm over quota again. I can't find the previous question in the Forum- was it deleted?

Yes, you have about 100MBs of uploaded files. You will need to delete some submissions with uploaded files to open up space and go below 10MBs. Free accounts are limited to 10MBs of uploads pace.

Is it possible to just delete the attachments, without deleting the entire submission it is attached to?
