Once you complete the form filling and click on submit, the submit button is not responding and the form is not submitting the responds. I complained this issue some days back and it was worked upon and it started responding, but now it is not working again. Please fix this issue, I will be glad if it is fixed permanently, so as not recur.

The same Date Picker field is causing it. I cannot replicate this problem, and I think the conditional logic that hides them is also the culprit. Although the conditions are correctly configured, I think the form doesn't void the field once it is hidden.
I will investigate further and create a ticket about it if necessary.
For the meantime, keep the field as not required so it won't trigger a required field error in the form.
