Do endusers need to have an account to submit my form?

We are an insulation company, and I'm trying to determine if using JotForm will work for us (would be only using the free version as of now).  I created a form that we would need our workers to fill out every day about the job they worked, and then submit to me.

Do they need to be users of JotForm to view, type/select answers and submit the form to me?

And would they be able to access the form on their phones every day, and submit a new form each day?  Would I need to send them the link to the form every day, or could they have it saved on their phones somehow and just pull it up, fill out and submit?

Your end-users, who are going to fill and submit form, do not need to have an account here at JotForm. Each form has a unique Form ID as highlighted below:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/72973640784165

Once your users open the form complete URL just like the one above, they will see your form to start to fill and submit it. In fact, you do not need to send the Form URL to your users everyday. Once you send your form complete URL, whenever they open that particular URL, they will be able to fill and submit. Once your user submits the form, that submission is going to be recorded on your submission page

On the other hand, you may want to check the Free limits for monthly form submission, form views and other limitation to see if the Free limits are sufficient for you or not.
