I have build our first form but questions

When people sign the form the fist page of the form does not get returned as signed terms how can i fix this?

How do we confirm it was the actual sender who signed the form is there any verification we can get?

I have checked your forms and noticed that you have some input fields (text boxes, drop downs, check boxes) and some text elements (static text). Please note that the static text is not included in emails nor PDF reports, for PDF reports you can include it following this guide, but for emails you will need to manually include the text.
