    Hello, i need restore a form deleted by mistake.

    It's possible to restore a deleted form if it has not been purged, here is a guide with the steps: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms 

    If the form was already purged then there will not be a way to restore it.
