    I checked your form and you used PayPal Express in it:

    I'm not sure if you intended to use PayPal express initially?

    And the error you saw says that you're not signed to accept payments for digitally delivered goods, if that's the case, you should disable that option:1509472452Screen Shot 2017-10-31 at 6.50
