I've got a registration form I'm trying to get working. It uses conditional auto-responders, based on the type of position held within our association.
The page times out whne you hit the submit button and no notifications or auto-responders are received. However, the submission is logged in JotForm.

Just tried to submit a form by replacing the "form.jotform..." with "www.jotform...."
Got through the submit button, then I had to enter a new captcha code (for a second time) and after about 2 full minutes received this message:Temporarily Back-end UnavailableWe are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume between our front-end and back-end servers, and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.---Not sure if this is unique to my form, or if your system is experiencing problems.ThankAngie K.

There does seem to be something odd going on with your form.
Sorry about that.
Can you please try cloning it, and then see if the cloned form works OK?

Tried it again. Unfortunately, same result:504 Gateway Time-out

I did two tests and it looks to be working OK.

Well, it didn't give me an error or time out.
However, the auto-responder email contained only this:
<<< No Message Collected >>>
And we didn't get the notification email.
I do have all your IP addresses whitelisted, btw.

Well, whatever you banged or whatever wire you jiggled, it's sending through everything it seems now. From your tests and mine too.
I just tested it again, but I haven't seen that last entry come through on the email yet - notification or responder.
I'm going to give it some time to see if this all shakes itself out. If I don't see it by the morning, I'll leave a message here.
