Transfer a form with the submissions to another account

I asked if I can transfer my form to another account and I receveid the answer below:

If you want to transfer the form with the submissions to another account, you have to send us the target account's user name and the form url.

The account user name is Plurall (e-mail: moyses.martins@somoseducacao.com) and the form url is https://form.jotformz.com/72993716320662.

I have moved form 72993716320662 to the user plurall.  The form and data are now available from that account.
