    Hi there.

I was wondering if you can help me with the language switch problem on a shopify page, I have embedded the jotform on the page, but the form only shows English, even if i have switched the site's language to Traditional Chinese. ( i have already translated the form from English to Traditional Chinese as well)

Is it about langify? Is there any thing I can do or fix? My target 30% Eng + 70% Chinese.

    my website is www.theclinic.com.hk

    Please enlighten me.

    Best,

    Alice

    Hi Alice,

Can you share to us the URL of your Shopify website where we can also test the actual form used. I assumed the issue only happens when the form is on your website because when I checked using the form URL only https://form.jotform.me/72945510269461 the language tool is working just fine.

We will wait for your update on this.

I checked your website and if you meant to use the language of the website to change the language of the form, I'm afraid that is not possible:

Also, I tried testing your form but something is not right there, the language is not switching. I noticed that you put Chinese as the form language:

And the form is in English:

Not sure if you changed something recently (after my colleague tested)?

is there any way i can change the language of the form according to my
website language switcher? I am using shopify and Langify.
Is there any coding you can provide for me to try?
It will be really awkard if visitors only understand english but the form
is displaying Chinese or the other way round, please help!
I can re-do a form no problem, ultimately i want
    1. Chinese ( tradition Han) - as the main
    2. Eng
    3. Simplifed chinese
Im actually considering to buy premeium plan, but i need to fix this first
    :(
    Thanks and please help!

I don't think it would be very easy or at all possible to code this. You would need to edit the code for your page and then download the full source of your form and edit it also.

How to get the Full Source Code of your Form

A much simpler solution is to create three separate forms. One in each language. And when you click on the website language on your page you load the relevant form.

    Hi there,
    You are right!
I need to build 3 forms ( 3 different languages) but it works.
    Just upgraded to BRONZE package,
Can you give me extra free forms?
    Thanks so much,
    Alice

You have to uncheck the "JotForm Branding" checkbox in your profile settings.

    For example:
