We are trying to use the take photo widget so we can take photos, and then save them to our submissions.However when we try to open the jpg file it is not able to be viewed. Because the file is 0 MBs so it does not exist. Why are our photos not saving correctly?

I was able to see the problem when I checked the uploaded files from your form.
But I could not reproduce the same using my test form https://form.jotform.com/73036406520952 . The uploaded photos using the Take Photo widget on my test form were uploaded successfully and were available when I checked the submission data.
Can you please try first updating all the Take Photo widgets on your form.
You can also test submit my form https://form.jotform.com/73036406520952 and we will check again.
