Hi there
A client keeps receiving the error message:
error submit.jotform.co didn't send any data
after submitting a form. I can't replicate the issue but she intermittently gets the error when using our form. We did not receive her order.
It is embedded in an iframe on a Wordpress site.
She's using Chrome on a PC. Happens on both office network and home wifi. Using ESET anti-virus.
Would love to resolve this for her please. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please ask the client to try the next URL to see if they can open it?
Provide us with the errors (if any). Also, it would be great if the client could check it with disabled antivirus and firewall software. This is safe since we do not host any malicious scripts.

Thanks Mike. She can access that URL and has successfully re-submitted an almost blank form today, as a test. The virus checker was not disabled. Have asked her to try again including uploading an image to the form. I'm wondering if that might make a difference. Will wait to hear from her.

Thank you for the update. It means that the submission address is not blocked on their end.
Let us know how it goes with the file uploads.
