    We are not receiving our Request forms

    We are not receiving our emails from our forms that have been fulled out.  Even when I try to forward them they set and think forever.

    Help please,

    Below I've added one page that isn't working but it is all of the forms...

    Hello Ginny

    I have checked your form's and the sender field  was not set to noreply@jotform.com  (this is required), if you still want to reply the customer , the reply-to field can be set to your customer's email addres.

    Also, make sure our Jotmail IP  address are added into your email's service whitelist or you might want to ask this to your email service provider

    As a matter of fact your form is setup to send emails to  den**s@pay****lc.com

    Hi,

    Yes All emails need to go to den**s@pay***lc.com Everytime someone sends a request form he takes care of it as they come in.

    I'm not sure what you mean about the customer's email????

    Do you know why this has always been working and stopped for no reason today?

    We really need everything to come to us, thank you.

    Reply-To Email should be the person who fills the form (your customer) . So, it is the email question entered on the form.
    If you do not want it reply to the sender, you can just leave this question empty and emails will come from "JotForm", as Sender E-mail field  should be set to noreply@jotform.com .

    - Recipient address should be you. Enter your own email address.


    Like I said before, probably your email provider has started to stop emails coming from our jotmail ip addresses , because the server domain (jotform.com) was not what it comes into the sender field , that is why it is always good to set it up to noreply@jotform.com. which I already changed into that form
