I'm trying to revamp my 2017 Indiana Lions Convention registration form for 2018. One of the changes my attendees would like to see on a new registration form is the ability to register more than one name on the form. For example a husband/wife attending the convention would need to fill out two forms and pay for each one separately with the method I used in 2017. I would like a form to self populate the field if more than one person is registering. For example there may be a question that ask how many Lions would be registering on this form. If the answer is 2 (and maybe we limit it to 4 per form), then the form will automatically self populate the form with pre-defined lines for their address and products. The total cost would be cumulative and one price would be paid by check, PayPal, or a Credit Card
Thank you.

That could be done by adding multiple fields for each option:
Where you will conditionally show/hide fields based on a number of persons user selects:
Now, I wasn't sure how your products work, and could they select multiple quantities from the same?
