Removed form elements still appearing in live version

Hi Guy,

I removed two elements from a form we wish to embedd however they are still appearing. Cleared caches in two different browsers.

Header Logo and Quote Request elements have been removed in the builder.

The problem should be fixed now. Could you please check and let us know if the problem still persists on your side?
