Notification email: Some form fields appear as "Click to edit"

    Hi, when I get the email version of a completed form, several questions have been replaced by the phrase 'click to edit'. I have tried several times to upload a screenshot of this but it then will not let me post my question. Please help. Thanks.

    As far as I understood the main problem, the content of notification email is old. It needs to be recreated. I recommend you delete the notification email and re-create again in order to make it auto-create again by the system.     Besides, if you give us the form URL that has this problem, we can investigate the problem further.
