My Submissions allowance has not renewed

Good day, 

I have noticed that my submissions allowance for has not been reset for the month of November. My understanding is that the monthly allowance runs with the calendar month, so should have renewed today.

Please could you assist with getting this sorted so that I don't miss out on new submissions.
