How do I create a registration form with mutiple registrants?

Asked by webminister on January 31, 2011 at 07:30 PM

Like to create a registration form that will expand to allow more than one registrant. if quantity is entered...

What's the bets way to create a registration form for multiple attendees.

On your Thank You page, have a "Add New Registrant" button/link. This way after completing a registration they can add a new one.

Unfortunately, what you suggested is not possible. It is not possible to enter a quantity and enter that many registrations.

I have seen some users use Matrix field with text fields to accomplish what you would like. You would have something like 10 rows and they can enter the name, email etc on them.

I have also seen something similar done using Conditions. It would probably be a lot of work. You would have condition for each field. For example, the registration information for the second registrant would have a condition such as "Show Name field if quantity is larger than 2".
