Calculation Values is not working through conditional logic

2. I have two calculations set (numbers 1 and 2 in the conditions). These are not pulling in the calculation values in the data. 

Ok the reason for this is that you are clearing your hidden fields on submit. You need to specify not to clear them.

And it will work!
