Ommitting Fields Left Empty

Hi. I need to make some basic reorder forms for the company I work for. Is there any way to make it so that when a product or a certain number of a product is ordered, that will show up on an email or a report, but products not ordered will not show up?
(The ordering would be done through simple textboxes)
