Would like to be able to add some sort of countdown to the form that shows the form expiration date/time if one is set

2. Can a message be sent to anyone still filling the form out " Form will
be Disabled in 2 Minutes, Please complete and Press Submit Button Now"
3. when a person logs on with 5 minutes before disable " Form will be
Disabled in less than 5 Minutes"

I will forward a feature request to our developers to see if some sort of warning can be added to the form if it is set to be disabled at a certain date/time.  We will let you know if there is any progress to this request.
