All my revision history is not stored

Hi,

I created a form to receive bookings for an theatre event that was originally held in October. The play is scheduled to run again, so on the morning  of November 1st, I made some modifications to the content of the form. Later that day I made further adjustments, but then wanted to undo a few changes so i used the revision history tool, to revert to the last version of the form. When I clicked revert however, everything including the form name was deleted.

And the latest update on record was back in October, everything else results in a blank form.

I tried reverting to the October version, but it is very time consuming as many changes were made since then. 

I need to get back to the last version that was saved before 12 noon on November 1st (for safe measure) as soon as possible. Ads are currently running, directing persons to book tickets online through our form

I see the last couple of saves were on 11th and 12th of October. And today there was some work done on the form. 

So we have two options:

1. Continue editing the current form. 

2. Ask the backend team to investigate.  

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
