Hi - I have a 'terms and conditions widget' in my form. Is there a way to force people to click on the hyperlink with the terms and conditions before completing the form?

The user will indeed be forced to tick the I Agree box because it is a mandatory question/field.

Example, I could not submit your form if I do not tick the box.

Let us know if this is not what the issue was about.

    Thanks.

Hi - I understand that I can make it a required field, however is there a way to ensure that the person has clicked on the hyperlink first? In the example above, all you would need to do is click the "I agree" box without reading the actual terms and conditions.

Unfortunately no. It is currently not possible to track if user has clicked on the hyperlink or not.

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Short Scrollable Terms" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. You can enable "Must Read all the Text" option in the widget which will ensure that user is not able to click on the checkbox until user read the texts and scroll to bottom of the terms & conditions content. Hope this helps.
