I want to cancel a subscription

    This is the fourth time i have sent this email.

    I have an amount coming off my credit for which I have no information.

    Do you think that someone could actually help me????

    Anyway, I was unable to find a subscription using your email address. Do you have a confirmation number for the said subscription?

    If you do not have a JotForm account, and that you think your credit card information has been compromised, please contact your bank account.
