Once shared a form, how can the "Child" view the submission details ?

I have shared a form with someone "Child" in order for them to keep an eye on submissions and the actual total number of attendees but the "Child" cannot see the details of the submission such as how many children are attending and how many adults but only the time and date of submission.

You can allow your sub/child user to view submissions from your account settings User section.

Please refer to this screenshot:

Please check if you have allowed the child user to view submission on your particular form or not.

I did allow her to view and edit a specific form from "select from my form" . She has access to the submission but the only information she can see is the submission date and time. How can I fix this?

I tried sharing my form(with View Submissions) with my another account and I couldn't reproduce this issue.

I also checked your account and it all seems fine to me regarding the sharing and access

Can you please send us the screenshot of this issue and the form name?

Hi Lara,

Please ask your sub-user (JaneR3) to disable the Europe Datacenter in the Account Data page in order to view the Submission of "Pembroke College Childrens' Christmas Party 2017" form.
