I'm trying to update my payment details, but it says i will loss my annual subscription of $90 per year if i change. Why am i getting penalised for being a loyal jotform user for nearly 4 years, just because i want to change my payment method.
Can i change my card details and still keep my loyally bonus of the $90 annual subscription. Also what happens if my C/c expires, i lose again.

Unfortunately it is not possible to switch subscription from PayPal to Credit card payment method.
I did check your account and found that you have cancelled your premium yearly subscription but your account will remain premium until March 30, 2018 for the time you have already paid.
We will help you retain the premium subscription yearly plan but since your account will remain premium until March 30, 2018, I would suggest you to please get back to us around 28-29 March 2018 and we will share the direct upgrade URL which will give you same old pricing.
