The Feedback button looks fine in all cases on Mozilla, Chrome & Opera. On IE 10, it looks okay when it is horizontal. But when it is vertical (ButtonSide: Right or Left), the yellow button has black smudgey edges. I tried toying with CSS injection with no success.

Sorry but that's a browser related issue and we can't do something about that. That's a problem that should be addressed into IE developers I guess :)

Yes, looks like IE chokes on border-radius when the div is rotated. One way around it would be to allow the form to be customized to use normal border (i.e. not curved).
The alternative is for me to come with my own floating feedback button, and link to the lightbox form.
