Can I close the form anytime?

hi 

I need to solve 1 problem  with a form,  i need to put in the form a little button

if the clientes wants to close the form, or minimize,  but really minimum i need

a button choose if i want to close the form.

how can i do it? can you help me, i have a premmium account with jotform

i sent you a photo for EXAMPLE what i Need.

Unfortunately. you can not add a close button in your form at this moment. You can add some external javascript in your website to load the form in a popup so you can close it.

Another way is, you can use lightbox with your jotform to avail this "close anytime" feature.
