Dropbox problem

    when i first had the free version, the files from my form were arriving in my dropbox, which is what i wanted, then i set up paid version, and now i only get notification email, where i have to click the link in it to get the file,

    is it possible to get this back to my drop box, as i have had an email over the weekend, but for some reason its been deleted and now i cant get the file

    The file should be in your submissions area.

    Can you please try removing your Dropbox integration and re-integrating to see if that helps fix the underlying problem with Dropbox?
