How to change the new layout to the standard form layout

Second question, do you know hwo to help me have the forms all on one page continuos so someone can scroll downwards as they click the forms. As opposed to new window sideways every time they fill it out? 

Yes you can switch a form layout in your forms settings.

Thank you for your response. Apparently, your account does not have such setting so there is no need for you to do this on your account settings page. You can just do the switch on your form's settings.
