PayPal payment via form

    Hi - it's me again,

    I have a couple of questions:

    First, I set-up the payment gateway with PayPal on my membership formhttps://form.jotform.com/73055304629152 but when I tested it out, there is nothing on the form now the redirected page that allowed me to pay for the membership. While the amount shows up, nothing there required me to pay for the fee.

     

    Second, I originally created the form using my own Jotform account, then I put the form up to share with everyone as I wanted to pull out and use the form for my nonprofit client.  I found the form and used it for the purpose but the form now has a different design than the one I created. How can I revert it back to appear like the original form style/design?

    You folks at Jotform have been VERY helpful to me - I cannot thank you enough. Thanks!

    I checked your form and it looks like the PayPal field is missing your PayPal account email.  Click on your PayPal field, then click on the little wand icon to open the settings.  From that menu, click the little cog icon in the top right to open the PayPal integration settings:

    Enter your PayPal account email address then click on continue and you should be all set.
