2) My campus has a requirement that if a camp group has minors in their camp there must be a minimum ratio of 1 staff member for every 15 participants. I note this in my form, but I was wondering if I am able to make the form reject/prevent someone from listing a participant to staff member ratio that is not 1/15. Meaning if they list that they will have 30 female participants and they try to list 1 female staff member, the form would not let them move forward until they entered at least 2 female staff members?

 Is your camp staffs gender specific? means only Females (staff) for female participants and Male (Staff) for Male participants ?

If yes, you can add a "Show/Hide"condition like this.

Same goes for the "Male" participants. That condition will "Hide" the "Next" button if the condition above are not met.
