I have multiple email addresses that a completed form goes to. I need to remove one of them so that only 2 of the emails receive the completed forms. I looked under my settings and it only lists 1 email address so i am not sure why it is going to multiple ones....please help

I checked your form. You have one autoresponder setup. An autoresponder will take the email address from your forms email field. And send it a copy of the filled in form. Your customer will fill in this field and receive a copy of what he entered.
If you want to receive a copy of the filled in form you need to add a notification. On the recipients tab you will see your default email address. This comes from your profile page. Note that on the recipients tab you can add one more recipient ( you are limited on the FREE plan to 2 recipients ).
