The system automatically suspended it, due to a false positive spam.
I've reactivated it after inspecting it deeper.

First of all, thank you.
Secondly, please have a system in place for auto notifications to the account contact when something like this takes place.
I had no idea this happened and have probably lost revenue due to this.
