How can I conditionally send emails based on the user's answer?

I would like to make a list of kids names, and once the user select the name, the e mail of their teacher will appear so the form can be send to her to?? 

Its like if the user selects, steve, josh or Sara then the form submition will be sent to their teacher Rachel, if the user selects, linda, aaron or pedro then the form subbmition will be sent to their teachers email Clara... and so on...

What you're describing can be achieved using the the CHANGE E-MAIL RECIPIENT Condition.
